GM and LG are exploring the chance of building a second. They are going to build the top tier battery cell developing plant in the United States. A GM delegate told AFP. “We decided to have a decision on the potential project in the first six months of 2021.”
Ford Motors pronounced it would stop selling by far most of its diesel or gas vehicles by 2035. Also, a year prior disclosed its Ultium battery joint undertaking with LG. They decided to use it in future electric vehicles.
